Aspiration Facades was selected as a framework partner working under the control of Kier who were in the role of main contractor on a five year scheme for Circle Housing.

Prior to our final selection Aspiration Facades completed an extensive tendering and compliance inspection process to become an approved delivery partner for a number of measures which include:

• External Wall Insulation
• Cavity Wall Insulation
• Loft Insulation
• Replacement soffits, fascias and gutters
• Specialist fire improvement works

We have successfully delivered a large external wall insulation programme (ongoing) which included specialist brick slip work to meet with planning requirements. The delivery was completed across East Anglia on various sites.
Our team worked alongside Kier and client project team. Our work was monitored on a daily basis by Kier managers who were looking at our Health and Safety and Environmental controls, site supervision and management of the work and quality of the delivered product. On completion of each property the work was inspected jointly by the client, Kier and our site manager.

As part of the scheme we completed a large Cavity wall programme. The existing cavity fill had failed we therefore extracted the existing material and re-filled the cavity with a modern material.

Our team is currently assisting the client with an extensive Fire treatment programme. We are reviewing the property portfolio to assess Fire containment improvements and undertaking those improvements.
